Dr.
Kevin R. Scarlett MBBS,DRCOpth,FRCS(Glasg.), a proud Calabar
"old boy" attended the University of the West Indies
where he obtained his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery)
in 1995. He worked at the Spanish Town Hospital and later
at the Kingston Public Hospital in the Ophthalmology Department
in 1996.
He obtained
his Fellowship in Ophthalmology at the Royal College of Physicians
and Surgeons in Glasgow, Scotland, and his Diploma in Ophthalmology
from the Royal College of Ophthalmology, London, in the year
2000.
He has
also been successful in the Basic Science and Refraction,
and in the Clinical Sciences Assessment from the International
Council of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Scarlett
also serves as Ophthalmologist at the Spanish Town Optical,
Vision Express and Boulevard Optical Companies. He specializes
in surgery of the anterior segment of the eye including cataract
and glaucoma surgeries.
